Houser Home Restoration, Inc. was started 2003 where they acquired the skills of real estate investing.  Rick took his construction background and put it to use “flipping” homes.  He then decided to get his real estate license and pursue a full time career in helping investors, buyers, and sellers achieve their real estate goals where he created The Rick Houser Group, which assists all types of clients fulfill their Real Estate needs.   He has received many awards for his excellent service including Best of Bucks Realtor and a multi-year winner of the Philly Magazine Five Star award.    Once established Rick’s main focus became helping distressed home owners where he now runs a successful short sale business helping homeowners and investors achieve many aspects of the industry.  Putting all those tools together, Rick decided to continue with Houser Home Restoration, Inc.  and has put his 16 years of short sale knowledge to work running a full time short sale company.
